# Shipping Policy

At EverDrip, we want your order in your hands quickly — so you can start sleeping through the night, worry-free.

## Processing Time

All orders are reviewed, quality-checked, and processed within **1–2 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) before being handed to our shipping partner. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing the following Monday.

## Shipping Times — United States

We currently ship throughout the **continental United States**, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, weather, holidays, or remote shipping addresses.

## Shipping Costs

- **Free Shipping** on all orders **$80 USD or more** — automatically applied at checkout.
- **$5.99 flat rate** for orders under $80 USD.

## Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to our branded tracking page.

You can also track your order anytime at **everdripclub.com/track** — simply enter your order number and email address. No account required.

You'll receive automatic email updates when your order is:
- ✓ Shipped
- ✓ Out for delivery
- ✓ Delivered

## Where We Ship From

EverDrip products are manufactured by our trusted bamboo textile partner and shipped directly to you from our partner fulfillment facility. Every order is quality-inspected before being packed and dispatched.

## Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

1. Check with neighbors, building management, and your front desk
2. Look in safe spots around your delivery location (porches, side doors, mail rooms)
3. Wait **48 hours** — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off
4. Contact us at **support@everdripclub.com** with your order number

If your package shows no carrier movement for **10+ business days** after the expected delivery date, contact us immediately. We'll launch an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund within 48 hours.

EverDrip is not liable for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but stolen from your delivery location. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address or signing up for delivery notifications through your carrier.

## Incorrect Shipping Address

Shipping address changes can only be made **before** the order is processed (typically within the first **24 hours** after order placement). Once an order enters fulfillment, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. EverDrip is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.

## Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, contact us at **support@everdripclub.com** within **7 days of delivery** with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund within 48 hours of receiving your report.

## Sales Tax & Duties

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination address and applicable U.S. state law. We currently collect sales tax in states where we have nexus obligations.

For shipments to U.S. territories, additional local taxes or import fees may apply, which are the customer's responsibility.

## International Shipping

At this time, EverDrip ships to the **United States only**.

## Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled **within 24 hours of placement** by emailing support@everdripclub.com with your order number and requested change.

After 24 hours, orders enter our fulfillment queue and cannot be modified or canceled. However, you may return any unworn, unwashed item within 90 days under our [Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy).

## 90-Day Leak-Free Guarantee

Beyond shipping, every EverDrip purchase is backed by our **90-Day Leak-Free Guarantee**. If our underwear doesn't transform your period experience, return it within 90 days for a full refund — even if it's been worn and washed.
